Shatavari Gulam Uses:-

• It is used as Ayurvedic medicine for PCOS, menstrual pain, irregular menstrual cycles, and heavy menstrual bleeding.
• It is used in the treatment of dysuria, urinary tract infections, bleeding disorders, liver complications, and burning sensation in the stomach.

 Dose:- 

• As instructed, take 5–10 grams once or twice a day before or after food.

Jaggery – 3.072 kg
3.072 liters of Shatavari juice extract from Asparagus racemosus
Ghee – 768 g
Sugar – 192 g.
