Refund & Return Policy
You can return some items you purchased on Global Ayucare, depending on the return policy.
Here’s what to expect when you need to return an item.
Return an item
Before asking to send something back, look at the listed return policy. It gives you the return time frame and more details.
To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange:
For an item return, send it back with the transaction number from your Purchase History. Tell us why you’re returning it, and if necessary, include up to 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, GIF; max size 5MB) to showcase its status. You can add photos until you finish the return steps.
If the return policy allows, you might get a return label and packing paper. If the item is large or from overseas, stay put for extra steps. Safely pack the item, put in the packing paper, stick on the label, and return it within 5 working days after you asked to return it. Good idea to include tracking details.
When you use a shipping label given by Global Ayucare, you can watch the progress of your return in the ‘Purchase History’. Look under “View return details.” We normally give back your money within 6 days after we get the item back. If you want to switch the item, you have 5 days to send the original item after saying yes to the switch. We’ll send the swap within 5 days.
Things to keep in mind:
If a return is required, follow the deadlines in the Return Policy section of the post. Send the item back within 5 working days after return request for refund. To conform to item status rules, make sure the return matches the way you received it. If the item isn’t as described on the listing, you may find help with the Global Ayucare Money Back Guarantee.
Return shipping charges:
Who pays for sending back a purchase can vary. It usually falls on the buyer, yet some sellers don’t charge for returns – always look at the listing’s Return policy. If what you get is not what was promised, the burden of return shipping lies with the seller, regardless of their rules.
When you must pay for the return shipping, using the seller’s label means your PayPal will be billed. Before this, a billing agreement might need your confirmation. If you pick a different shipping method, plan with the seller about the service and price before sending the item back.
Refunds:
Mostly, refunds consider restocking costs and shipping expenses. If you send back a product that didn’t match the description, came in broken, or had parts missing, they’ll refund not just what you paid for the item, but also the initial shipping fee.
All other returns:
Suppose you take back something because you’ve reconsidered. The vendor might hold onto any restocking charge mentioned in their Return guidelines. Often, they don’t give back the original delivery fee, and you might have to pay for sending it back.
Your refund typically includes the total purchase price (item cost, sales tax, and other charges) minus the original shipping, restocking fee, and return shipping, as outlined in the listing’s Return policy.
Most returns and refunds are smooth and hassle-free, but you can request help if needed.
Replacements and exchanges:
In some cases, you may return an item for a replacement (same item) or exchange (different item, like size or color) instead of a refund. The replacement or exchange item should be of similar value to the original.
You can request a replacement or exchange if:
- The listing allows it in the Return policy.
Important points:
- If the item wasn’t as described (e.g., damaged), the seller isn’t responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item is unsafe to return, the Global Ayucare Money Back Guarantee may help.
- You must ship the item back within 5 business days. If not returned within 30 days, you’ll be charged for the new item.
- If you’re still unsatisfied after receiving the new item, you have 10 days to request help.
- Alternative shipping costs aren’t covered by the Global Ayucare Money Back Guarantee, even if the seller agreed to pay for return shipping.
