Brahma Muhurta is from 3:00 a.m. until sunrise. We should leave the bed in Brahma Muhurta, relieve ourselves, and start the practice of meditation. Brahma Muhurta time is a golden time for all life forms. At this moment, every living thing awakens and begins to sing the Lord’s praises in their own language.
Birds start to chirp, cows start to moo. Lions start to roar. It appears as though all of them are expressing their gratitude towards the Supreme Father in their own language- “ O Lord! You made the air in which we all breathe. You made the land on which we live. You created the ingredients for our nourishment, including food, water, fruits, and flowers. If the nighttime be addressed as a temporary dissolution then Brahma Muhurta comes every day on this earth with a new creation in its lap.

There are many reasons why Brahma Muhurta is considered to be such a special time. For one, the atmosphere is said to be very pure and serene during this time. This is because the sun is not yet up and there is less activity in the world. This makes it an ideal time to focus on your inner self and connect with the divine.

Another reason why Brahma Muhurta is so important is because it is the time when your mind is most receptive to spiritual teachings. During this time, your mind is calm and clear, which makes it easier to focus and learn.

Here are some ways to put Brahma Muhurta to good use:

Meditation: Meditation is a great way to calm the mind and connect with your inner self. Your ability to concentrate and focus can also be helped by it. There are various tools available to get you started if you are new to meditation.

  • Place an alarm across the room and set it. You’ll have to get out of bed to turn it off as a result.

It may take some time to get used to waking up early, but it is worth it for the benefits that it can bring.
