Directions for Use:
- Massage with Oil – Apply 5-6 ml of Kairtis oil on the affected area and massage gently for 15 minutes.
- Heat the Oil – Warm 10-12 ml of oil in a vessel on low flame.
- Heat the Potli – Place the potli in the heated oil.
- Check Temperature – Test the potli’s heat on your palm to ensure it’s bearable.
- Start Therapy – Gently tap the potli over the affected area.
- Massage with Potli – Move in circular motions—5 times clockwise, then 5 times anticlockwise.
- Maintain Warmth – Continue for 15-20 minutes, reheating the potli as needed.
- Add More Oil if Needed – Pour 3-5 ml more oil if it gets dry.
- Repeat Twice Daily – For best results, apply this therapy two times a day.
