AVN Koosmanda Rasayanam

The main ingredient in this mixture is an ash gourd known as AVN Koosmanda Rasayanam. Avaleha or lehyam is the name for the herbal jam. Nourishing Ayurvedic medicine is used in respiratory conditions, to improve immunity and strength.
Ash gourd, the primary component in this concoction, is referred to as kooshmanda. The term for the herbal jam is avaleha or lehyam.  Rasayana – refers to its rejuvenation property.

Kushmanda rasayana uses:- 

• Kushmanda Rasayana is used in the treatment of bleeding disorders, emaciation, chronic respiratory conditions requiring nutrition and strength, and vomiting.
• By strengthening the liver, enhancing digestion, and supplying crucial respiratory strength, it helps to reduce the negative effects of anti-tuberculosis treatments..
• It brings about rejuvenation and improves strength.

AVN Koosmanda Rasayanam dose:- 

• 5 to 15 grams should be taken once or twice a day, with water or milk, before or after eating, at regular intervals, or as recommended by an ayurvedic physician.

AVN Koosmanda Rasayanam lehyam Ingredients: 
Kushmanda – ash gourd – 4.8 kg is cut into pieces, skin and seeds are removed, boiled in a small quantity of water, and squeezed to obtain juice.

• Pippali – 96 g
• Ginger – 96 g
• white caraway – Jeera – 96 g
• Cinnamon – 24 g
• Patra – Cinnamomum Tamala – 24 g
• Cardamom – 24 g
• Black pepper – 24 g
• Coriander seed – 24 g
