Directions for Use:
- When to do Nasya: Perform on an empty stomach in the morning after brushing and clearing your bowels 30 minutes before bathing.
- Preparation: Gently massage your face and neck with sesame oil, avoiding your eyes.
- Heat application: Warm a towel over a medium-hot pan, check the temperature, and place it on your face and neck (avoiding the eyes).
- Position: Lie down on your back with a pillow under your head in a room free from solid sunlight or wind. Keep a container nearby for spitting.
- Warming the oil: Heat Anu Thailam by placing it in warm water. Check the temperature before use.
- Application: Instil 1-2 drops of warm Thailam in each nostril while lying down. Spit out any mucus that reaches your throat.
