This is an herbal Ayurvedic oil used for Nasya. When practising Nasya, a few drops of Oil are inserted into each nostril to support the healing of various disorders affecting the head, eyes, nose, ears, and throat. It balances all three of the Doshas.

Kottakkal Anu Tailam Indications:

• Headaches
• Hair loss
• Premature grey hair
• Allergic Rhinitis
• Ear, eye, nose, tongue, and throat diseases.

Dose:

• Take 2 – 8 drops are inserted into each nostril in the morning after a gentle face massage with oil. It is best to undergo Nasya treatment under medical supervision.

Common Product Combinations:

• Anu Oil is used along with Respikot Tablets, Thalisapatradi Vatakam and Talisule Granules to support the treatment of asthma, upper respiratory tract infections, colds and coughs.
• Anu Oil is combined with Migrakot Tablets to relieve migraines.
• Anu Oil is combined with Narasimha Rasayana to reverse grey hair and hair loss.

Duration of Use:

It can be used for a long period of time on a daily basis.
